Shipping

We ship to UK and EU. Shipments within the UK are free from taxes or additional charges. Purchases over £165 being shipped to the EU will incur import taxes which are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping fees to UK: £4

Shipping fees to EU: £10

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please email us at info@meadowsstudios.co.uk to request a return. The item(s) must be in the same condition as when purchased, unworn and including any labels or tags. The customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs and any associated expenses. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Sale items are non-refundable. 

Exchanges and Gift Cards

Exchanges and gift cards are available. Gift cards can be purchased online, or in store and redeemed on both platforms. If an item is unsuitable and it's in original condition, exchanges are valid. For online exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return and new shipping costs. For exchanges, please email us at info@meadowsstudios.co.uk to request an exchange.
